Petforums Fat Club... who's put weight on over christmas? How you going to lose it?
I've put on a few pounds... got on the scales today and was horrified!!!...I now weigh 13.8 stone... need to get back down to 13.3stone of pure muscle and greatness,,,
going to eat healthy and run loads... anyone else....?

yes i am trying to eat healthy but they came home yesterday with a mcdonalds for me, i sat looking at it for 10 minutes ,thinking, "DONT EAT IT DONT EAT IT," but i b**** ate it, then felt really annoyed with myself,,,,,,
