My new years resolutionS are to stop smoking , i cut down but i really need to stop ( dirty habit ) also biting my nails and to cut back on my drinking to once a week instead of every other night lol .

Dont do it all at once, most likely it wont work.

Start - say - with biting your fingernails:

just imagine how much door handles - including toilet ones - you touched already before sticking your fingernauil into mouth.....

How invisible dirty they are. What a huge ammount of yuky germs on them

i tryed that nail stuff and it was terrible, it helped untill i ate crisp and finger eating foods like chips ect, coz all i tasted was the nail stuff lol so i didnt use it nomore.

hee hee every time you start to nibble ,just think of the written posts above, that should put you off, LOL,.....

Must admit - it from my mom's arsenal of "remedies" ....she used to be a pharmasist. When I was biting my fingernails at the age of 4 she took me to her work, asked to wash my hands with soap and than took a sample from my nails and put it under the microscope. Needless to say I was horriffied forever. Any more problems - just let me know!
