Hi thanks for reading, i was just wondering that is it the law for animal rescue centres to behavour test their animals before allowing them to go up for adoption because where i got Luna from they dont behvour test any of their dogs?

I should imagine they do assess them but they are not legally obliged to. As for giving advise on the dogs general behaviour I should mimagine they have to tread very carefully. Should they get anything wrong then they could well be sued.
