Has anyone noticed any differences with the "Credit Crunch"......:

All things going up in price but on the radio news last night they said that holiday bookings abroad has gone up by 30%....probably due to our wonderful rainy summer.....

My shopping bill i've noticed has crept up more & more. Our holiday was cheap, lol. £151 for a weeks camping

The credit crunch will push prices down, just go and look at the sales in the shops and how low some of the prices are.
The reasons prices are pushed down is because shops need you to buy their things but people become tighter with their money due to increased interest payments on loans/mortgages etc.

on a serious note. today i went shopping and the lady up the road from me said that yesterday her hubby phoned and told her he's been made redundant...they took his mobile phone back (company one) and they are coming to collect the car, also company owned..but bless her she 's still smiling....this country is a sad joke at the momment

I agree our country really has lost its backbone!

Our shopping bill for me and me mom is usually around £85 a week but yep there are a couple of luxyuries in that lol

oh dont start me off....i went to tesco's on saturday when i got back from my hols...spent £105 i've been again today and spent £20 in icelands and another £25 in tesco's
