I have just discovered the perfect way to lose weight.

1. Wash tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce.
2. Butter bread
3. Put ham on bread, followed by tomato, cucumber and lettuce.
4. Squirt on salad cream, season to taste.
5. Cut in to half (four if u r posh)
6. Get cold glass of water.
7. Walk towards table.
8. Trip on kids toy, drop lunch and drink on floor.
9. Blaspheme x 100. Look at dog eat said lunch.

10. Lose even more weight clearing up glass and mopping up water.

Must try it more often .

It could be one of them days! so be careful... normally when one thing goes wrong, everything else does

Thats bad but i did have a giggle you need to grab a beer or bottle of chilled wine and relax now, never mind the food or the dog, or the kids, have some "you time"

Arrrrr luv ya cottons...ive dropped my snack up the stairs on the carpet a few times be4 rushing to me laptop lol...gutting aint it specially if its the last bits left of wat ya fancied and made ahhhh.

LOL poor you bet it wasn't funny when ya done it . Well I bet the dog enjoyed itself , kids toys don't it get you mad you clean up they come behind you and mess up again arrrrhhhhhh

It certainly is gutting loe. Lunch is my fav meal of the day. Just love sarnies. And i did it all nice as well, fresh bread, proper ham and nice fresh salad...all splattered on the floor in the dogs guts LOL

Oooooh i i could go a shandy right now lol
