bottle or red wine a good one
cloves, cinemon sticks ,orange, the more you put in the spicer it gets.
i put 1/2 a bottle of water in can make it weaker with more water
some people put lemon in as well i dont
bring to boil then simmer for a short while then i try to leave it overnight for all the spice's to blend better
but end up doing 2 lots as drink the first lot
