How to delete a thread?

I was just wondering if there was any way to delete some of your own threads? I've just had a look back at some of mine and thought wow that's a really stupid/pointless thread and thought I might as well delete them

No you cant. You can delete a post, but not an entire thread.

I wouldnt worry about it, we all make cringeworthy threads

Re: How to delete a thread?

How do I delete a post please?

I seem to have accidently started a thread called 'Keeshond' with no comment. I noticed somewhere I might have started it by clicking Discussion in the Encyclopedia which I don't recall doing so must have been a slip of the mouse.

I can't see how to delete it hoping the removal of the post might then remove the thread.

Thanks,
Newbie

Ill sort that for you.

To delete a post, you go to edit, then go advanced and it will give you a delete option.
