For each rep given to you is it worth 10? two people given me rep i only got 10 rep i spread my rep around each day at random people or people who have been helpful

ha ive been on here a while but only now figured about where the reps are and how to give them.

its a shame as many people have helped with some things but i never knew how to do it and they should have had some thanks to advise given.

Hi, does anyone know if there's a way to cancel negative rep once given? It seems I accidentally gave someone negative rep when I meant to give positive
