It's nice to see that soemthing is being done to improve the forum.

Perhaps it would be better to ask any questions about specific members in PM?

Then maybe we can keep this thread on track with suggestions of how to improve/change the forum?

well i for one think MARK has been very fair..i did say last night he should have come on..and i'm pleased the way people are banned will need his sayso.( hope i understood his thread properly)...

Hi,

As mentioned I do not want people to talk about banned members in this thread, if you have a problem please pm me. I do not want the forum to go backwards by bringing back banned members, I want it to go forward.

I hope we can all work together an move forward with the forum, last night was appalling and something that should never have taken place, but we cannot change what happened all we can do now try to make the forum a constructive, helpful and friendly place.

As I stated on numerous occasions last night, I will do whatever I can to help with things and have taken some very good suggestion on board and will put into practice.

Hope this is the beginning of sorting things out for the better

Another suggestion is have different Mods to Moderate certain sections of the site,i.e maybe two to mod the Dog Section,two to Mod the Cat Section etc,this way posts that are heading into trouble can be sorted quickly and easily.

I think that is a very good idea Sal
