Hi How can a banned member view my profile page and when I go to their profile its showing their last activity as 9/10/09 and a time as well????confused me now

This is what I saw when I clicked on this members username I was clicking all the members who had visited my page as I was being nosey and

It may be that shes trying to access the forum (maybe her ban is due to be lifted).
I imagine all she can see is the banned screen. Ive seen this happen before, and not just on this forum.
