I think this is a great idea i would like see this in all adds the puppy farmers and crap breeders would maybe think twice

An excellent idea - this would alert potential buyers to what they need to look for before they look at the adverts. Bearing in mind that many will come on this forum to look and not be regular posters, the are unlikely to trawl through all the various threads first - having it as a stick in the classified section would be good.
