what does it mean (as in does it stop you seeing their posts/them seeing yours/both) and how do you do it please?

You don't see there's but think they can still see yours. Block me to have a look if you like and then unblock me and I'll tell you

I think It just stops you from seeing their posts. They can still see yours. That's atleast what some other websites do. I'm not so sure about this one though.
