Holiday advice?

I have two cats, fully house-trained (no litter box). Can I go away for two weeks and leave them alone? They have unlimited access to outside, we have a large garden pond they regularly drink from, and they only eat dried food. They only ever graze their food and never finish a bowl daily. If I put out a large tray with more than they would eat in two weeks, will they be ok? Your opinions please.

Re: Holiday advice?

In a word NO

what happens if one of them falls ill, no animal should be left alone for that length of time !!

The graze their food - would you like to be eating food that had been left down for a fortnight - flies, stale - yes even dry food goes stale !!

Closing this thread as you have your answer

Please either get a house sitter or put them in a cattery
