I ahve not had a good experience on this forum since registering and would like to delete my account. How do I delete it? Basically other registered users have been ganging up on me in dog section and I have had enough

Re: Account help

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I checked out the thread. I think some of the dog forum people were excessively rude to you (bitchy, if you like ) The cheek of it: saying "if you are a cat person, what are you doing here?" Jeez as if it is some sort of exclusive club (very Orwellian, I thought).

Dey be haters, so stay away there and stick to the cat forums. There are some great people here.

I have seen people on the cat section be bitchy about members of the dog section.

Members should be able to post where they want and I hate any sort of "them" and "us" situations.

I think negativity is to do with the post content and not what pet you own.

I can't comment on rescuecatsrule situation as I didn't go on the thread.

But rescuecatsrule I wouldn't leave the forum over it- we all have disagreements on here from time to time but you can have some fun too.

I mentioned about Dylan thinking he was a dog (on the thread) and being special needs mentally and one of the comments I got back was "tell your cat to get a life" He can't help being special needs

I would have told them a bit about my old cat Beauty as well if they'd have been nicer

How I still miss that poor old girl ... So gentle and loving but so timid with it
