Re: Signature Help!

Look at posts by someone who has one. Sometimes if you click on the ticker it will take you to the web site where it was obtained from.

Re: Signature Help!

Hi Em

Click on EDIT PROFILE, then SETTINGS AND OPTIONS, then EDIT SIGNATURE. There is a box where you put the URL of your PitaPata signature (if that's who your ticker is from).

Hope that works for you.

you have put the URL in the right place, but you need to enclose it in IMG tags

eg [*IMG]url[*/IMG] remove the stars

Re: Signature Help!

I gave the following instructions to someone else having the same problem as yourself and they managed to get their tickers up so hopefully they will help you also:

Ok, well first, it is probably easier to have two internet windows open - one for Pets Forum & the other one for PitaPata.

In the forum, go into your profile and then click on 'edit signature' in the Settings & Options box.

This will bring up a box that looks like this message box.

Pop back to PitaPata and click on the header along the top that says MyPitaPata.

This should show you your ticker with these options underneath it:

Edit ticker Get ticker code Remove ticker

Click on Get ticker code.

This will give a list of options so go to the line that says Forum Signatures. There are three options on this line, you need this one

PseudoHTML, UBBCode and BB Code

Click on it. At the bottom of this list there is a box with a green heading on it (just under Mobile Phones on the list.

When you click on the above bit, the code will show in this box. You simply highlight this code, do a right mouse click to 'copy' it, go back to the forum page to your signature box, do a right click again to 'paste' and the code should show in the box. Do a 'signature preview' to ensure it is what you were after and, if you're happy with it, click save.

Good luck.
