heya can someone help me i have no idea of how to post pictures on here i have uploaded the picture on imageshack i want to post but which link do i use?

i normally use the image file code.but this is on photobucket...another way which other people use ...just tried it and it works is click on the paperclip at the top of the reply box and find the picture on you pc..then upload...

i am also having trouble uploading pictures just keeps telling me upload failed can anyone help? i have done it exactly the same way as i normally do, same camera etc but wont upload for some reason
