Mobile version?

Is there a mobile version of this forum? Due to my newly arrived iphone I now do a lot of interneting via my mobile, and if Iv a poor connection you can forget about petforums (), so is there a mobile version of this forum or would ye think about developing one, I have seen it being done on other forums and it works very well even with a very poor internet connection.

Re: Mobile version?

Just type PF's web address into the browser of your phone. That's all I did with mine and can view the forums fine.

Mine is an android phone, LG Optimus. Still a smartphone

Re: Mobile version?

It's not that I can't view petforums, it's just that the pages are so slow loading, on other forums where they have special mobile versions they cut out all the un-needed extras and have the bare minimum so it's so fast loading on a phone. On a good connection (using wi-fi) it's not too bad, but using the 3G it's pretty awful at the best of times, the pages load so slow I could leave my phone down and go make a cuppa tea.

Re: Mobile version?

You can set your profile so you don't view pictures and signatures that should help speed things up.
