Re: Pet friendly Caravan Holidays

Are you talking about caravans to hire, what sort of pets you talking about, if you mean dogs then haven allow dogs in to some of their caravans and have parks through out the uk.

Re: Pet friendly Caravan Holidays

Some of the caravan big sites like Haven do let dogs in but you find it will be in the basic caravans and not the luxury ones.

You are also restricted in that dogs must be on lead and not left alone in caravans.

I rented a cottage last year from cottages 4u and found them excellent. You are not restricted like the caravan parks as it more or less like your own home. some rent out for one dog some 2 and even 3. Worth a look

If you key in dog friendly holidays into your search engine you will get sites that have pet friendly accommodation.

Our chalet is definately not basic, if you are happy that your dog wont bark or wreck then you can leave them in the chalet no probs (we just ask you keep them off the beds and protect the sofas ) and we can accomodate 2 dogs no probs (3 if they are small and very well behaved )

Mundesley (and that area) is fantastically dog friendly Oh and we are cheaper than most caravans high season

Re: Pet friendly Caravan Holidays

Crantock Beach Newquay Cornwall (Parkdean caravans) is recommended. No roads to cross to get to the beach either. The beach usually has loads of dogs running around as well as the small river estuary which you can walk along at low tide. Lots of other coastal walks too. Google crantock beach images and drool over the photos.
