Placing ads in Dog Section

I still have got no feedback [after 2 postings] on why I can't place an ad for our fabulous Personalised Diamante Pet Collars in the Dogs classified Section when I have long had one in the cat section! Our Ebay shop attracts mostly dog owners so its a shame Pet Forum members with dogs can't enjoy viewing it!
The window that confronts me when I try to post a new thread is to the effect that I maybe don't have privileges, may be trying to edit someone's posting etc...??
