Pix help!

i have pix in an e-mail i wanted to post in General.

Ive saved them to my computer but when i try to upload them it says "invalid file"

any ideas how to get them uploaded guys

once ya have an account there ya just upload them to it and then select ya pic and press blog under the pic and copy and paste the code under neath it into here and after you submit it will be a pic
