is there any way of changing the username? I know we can change email and password but I would really like to change my member/user name but can't find it under options

Re: changing / editing user name

Unfortunately the only person that can change usernames is myself and unless there is very good reason I wont change it. This is only because I get so many requests, and the more I change, the more people want their names changing.

I will however try and set-up one of the moderators with access to change usernames, but please can you only request a name change if there is a good reason for it

Thanks
Mark

Is there not an option to allow this in the administration panel? There should be a simple box to tick to allow username changes I'd have thought.

If this is the case, then people can change their usernames themselves and won't have to bother anybody.
