I couldn't even begin to describe how desperate and hollow it used to make me feel inside. I think it takes a very special sort of person to kill an animal without regret or remorse, someone who can detach themself from conscience.

My dad did that job when he was quite young. He did'nt like it either

I'll rescue anything (well....almost anything).....dogs, maybe cats, ponies, donkeys, meerkats (cos I love them!). NOT snakes or spiders!

Re: Is there anyone here who has/wants a career in animal related industry?

I want to be eventually be a Clinical Animal Behaviourist, (for most companion animals) currently with COAPE hope to a Masters in a few years.

I'd also like to go overseas and do some research projects on Lyciscas (wild wolf hybrids) and Wolves in Eastern Europe.

Right now I'm helping a farm with environmental enrichment and the designs of their new enclosures so the animals are as happy as they can be.
