Sending private messages

Can we send private messages to each other?? If we can, could someone explain how to do it. I know we can have a visitor message board.

Just click on the username of whoever you want to send to and scroll down the list "Send a message to this member"

I'm still stupid on this one, username where? By the avatar, in a post, on the post page?

Wait a minute, I did find one way to do it, but I have to open the thread and click on the username there, any other ways to do it?

you can also do it through the quick links which is at the top of the page on the right hand side, click on that scroll down to private messages and then send new private message (which in on the left hand side about half way down, you can then just type in the user name you want and send as normal, or alternatively you can go into someone's profile and go into contact information and select to send a PM, hope that's of some help

oh and you can go into edit profile and in the listings on the left hand side about half way down you will see the send new message link
