Apparetly theres something called an Upside down catfish??

As far as I know though I thought any fish that swam upside down was a sign
of swim bladder problems.

any goldfish that swims upside down is not a well fish. the only species i know of that naturally swim upside down are the aply named "upside down catfish", though ive noticed the same behaviour in some other closely related catfish species such as synodontis on occasion.

So unless the fish is one of these catfish, then it should not be swimming upside down.
