Guppy tails

Hi all,

I've been running my tank for about 6 months now. I have 7 balloon mollies (1 of which is an aggressive male!!), 4 guppies, 2 red tailed boatias and 5 tetras. I also have 3 baby balloon mollies and a ghost shrimp who I accidentally let grow to a big size and now I can't bear to see him eaten. He keeps the babies little tank clean

Anyway, two of my guppies have had their tails ripped apart!! The other 2 are fine and dandy, but the ones with the rips are worrying me. How can I help them heal?

Thanks!
