Heater Has Broke

Hi guys,

Yesturday my heater broke,

Luckily I had a spare one from a smaller fish tank which is currently keeping my tank at the same temperature.

I have a 125L tank, can anyone advise on a suitable replacement please?

Cheers

Chris.

Re: Heater Has Broke

If i was you I would buy another low wattage one and run the two together rather than one high wattage one.

I agree. With two smaller heaters, there is a lower chance of the tank either cooking or freezing should one of them break.

Most of the heaters you'll see on the market are equally reliable. I'd take a look at Ebo Jagers or Visitherms/NeWatts; all have stood the test of time.
