catfish ?
hi guys
im interested in gaining some ideas of types of catfish i can introduce to my current tank. my tank is set up primarily for catfish and live plants although i do have the odd neon, and glowlight tetras and a few guppies to add a bit of colour and different leveled fish into my tank. my current catfish include: glass catfish x1 (plan to get a group of these as i know they are a shoaling species) bristle-nose x1 bullnose plecs x2 dwarf sucker catfish x3 bronze corydoras x3 peppered corydoras x4 and a juvenile featherfin / alberts catfish (was given under "unknown")

That's a lot of catfish!
![]() How big is your tank? I wouldn't really add anymore bottom dwellers as space could start to become a premium, especially so for the Bullnose (or Rubbernose) Plecs which can become somewhat territorial with eachother unless they're given some room and each is given a smooth boulder that they can call 'home'. |
