a lot of you seem to keep banging on about what ferrets would eat in the wild ferrets dont live in the wild proper polecats live in the wild and therefore would eat a mainly meat diet certainly not ferret or cat kibble
tbh if ferrets did manage to survive in the wild they wouldnt have access to kibble either so feeding little brown biscuits is more for convenience than nutrition imo
mine have been off kibble for around two month now they dont look any worse off as for fishy poo what harms a stinky poo going to every so often

i do give mine a small ammount of dry food, but more often then not they tip the dish, they always eat the meat.
