Ferret question again Re Anesetic.. and pic/heavy' update!!

Has anyone had any problems with anesthetic. The Little fella I found now known as Mr Pickies was due to be put under last week for a small op but because he suddenly became poorly the Vet cancelled and gave him antibiotics. Pickies is all better now and due to have the operation done this Thursday.
I have read that Gas is the only option.
What are Ferrets like genuinely when they come around afterwards?
Thanks
Samanthax

They are usually fine but can be prone to low blood sugar to the point they slip back into semi conciousness. But your vet should be aware of that.

He is having a tooth out because it's infected also being Micro chipped....

It's the first time the Vet is doing a Tooth extraction on a Ferret he is South African and has operated on many Meercats...

He then needs to be Castrated but they can't do all the procedures together.
xx
