Pandora gave me a heart attack!

Omg. This time I year I always panic about the ferrets. I know they're well equipped for winter - winter coats, group of 3 to snuggle. When the temp. dropped I gave them a box stuffed with hay and blankets to give them extra heat and tomorrow evening I'll be poping the polythene (think thats what it's called) over their hutch so if it rains or snows they dnt get an extra chill.

Well, bearing in mind after all this I still get worried about the cold, I went out to check their bottles and to feed them. When I first go out I'll gently tap on the cage and just say "come on, dinner time" and they all just come rushing out in both hutches.
But Pandora didn't... and she's always the first out. Unusal, so I tapped on the hutch again and said "come on Pandora".. still nothing. So I open the hutch and grab the box, I say her name again and didn't see any movement... my heart started racing so I started patting in all the hay and bedding, saying her name and after a couple mins all of a sudden she came shooting out onto my lap!

Gave her a cuddle and told her to never do that to me again! lol I've obv made a nice little bed for them for her to not bother about dinner time!
