its illegal in the UK to have a ferrets scent glands removed unless medically advised
also its better to try to hold off for as long as possible before spaying a jill or neutering a hob thats where the hormone implant comes in handy as it lasts 18 mth - 2 yr this give the jill or hob the chance to mature before being spayed/neutered according to those in the know early neutering of both sexes is one to the causes of adrenal gland disease the other being to much artificial light exposer there have been studies done but no proof positive has been found so more research needs to be done |

Rats can also get human colds/flu.
does spaying a female ferret (albino) make her coat whiter too? i have a spayed jill and im just curious as she was already done when i got her. |
