I've just joined, my name is Chris and i have one cat called Meg, i had to have my other cat Tigger put to sleep in Jan 2008,he was 12yrs old, he had cancer of the mouth, had a dog once called Lassie, she died from a heart attack 8yrs ago, she was 15, it's awfull to lose a pet, i know some people can't understand that, but there not animal lovers are they?

i am now trying to gain as many animal loving contacts as possible to help me in my work againest puppy farmers / mistreating of animals / and rehoming " problems" i have worked with all sorts of "problems" and i beleive with time and patience and the right environment animals can be helped,

I am on here to give advice as I have encountered many many situations with my two (although I am not a pro this is just general experience) and to also gain info and support on how to handle my boy Joey!! He is one heck of a handful and I love him dearly as I do Gemma but he really does try my patience!

I am new to the pet forum site, I have two 16week old British Shorthair kittens, a female called Treacle who is black (well she started out chocolate brown and has now lost her baby fur and is black) and her brother called Blu who is you guessed it a british blue.
I will post some pictures of them on the gallery at some point as they are so adorable, funny and even at this young age very loyal and follow me around like small puppies and even play fetch with their toys, infact I just love them to bits.
