Spitz Type Dog

Spitz type dog breed are easily recognisable by their thick double coated fur and bushy curled tail. Their fur is very thick becuase these type of dogs orginate from the Artic regions. Spitz type dogs have been helping and serving mankind for thousands of years. They are usually happiest when performing a task and most of these breeds where developed to perform tasks to help humans. These tasks can be broken down in to 5 categories; Sled Dogs; Hunting Dogs; Watch Dogs; Guard Dogs and Herding Dogs.
