The French Lop is a very large rabbit that easily reaches 5kg. With lop ears that hang down below the jaw. They have fairly large heads. The front legs are short and straight and the hind legs are large and very strong. Frenchies have a soft coat that comes in many colours which can either be "solid" or "broken"
The common colours for Frenchies are agouti, black, chinchilla and sooty-fawn, either as a solid colour all over or broken up with white, which is often known as "butterfly" or "broken butterfly"
[edit] Behaviour
a very contented rabbit, who loves lots of attention and affection, is very good with my children, sometimes has a bit of a mood swing but not very often. this is from my own experience with my rabbits.
