My usual walk has enough walking and a big park/grass to play in but I'm sure there's much nicer places to go. Mac loves water. First sign of it and he's in it - even great big dirty puddles - his white legs are never really that white any more! lol! Good job he loves the bath - so much so that he tried to get in with me the other day! lol!

What happened that Bobby isn't with you? Are you all ok?

Laura
yeah everything is good now i just had a few issues and needed bobby to stay at OH's parents while things got better but it's a long story and not one for public telling......bobby is back with us and as nuts as ever he was deff not happy with me and was huffy for ages but it's all good now

lol bobby loves jumping in and out the bath but the washing part isn't his strong point he loves getting blow dried after it though lol.

Of course! There's nothing arranged yet as far as venue/date but will try and sort something out and then post it on here to let you all know and will see who is available.
Cool -- will watch this space.

Re: Anyone here from Scotland??

i dunno how easy it would be for people to get there, but there is a dog exercise area (fully enclosed) in bellahouston park. its not the hugest area but its alright i think!

if anyone wanted to go there, then i would come.

I used to be a regular there until my boy put his leg down a hole in it and ruptured his CCL, he ended up needing TPLO surgery, so 3g the lighter for a run round that dog park!!!!

that sounds great as bobby has never been off lead with other dogs..... the only time he gets a good run around off lead is at OH's mums house as they have a big garden and its all shut off.

I really dunno how bobby would be off lead but could be a fun experience

kody is on ever off lead in our garden too, or sometimes in my friends garden with their dog. so im glad iv found somewhere for him to interact offlead with other dogs. there was one other dog there today, and they were all fine together. kody gets a bit nippy with skye when they are playing, but so far he hasnt done it to any other dog. so i hope it stays that way. he just gets a bit excited.

they would probably just run around like a pair of loons. haha.

yeah bobby's problem is he is very pawey he likes to run about and when he is excited he paws and jumps about like an edjit he usually gets way too excited so would prob have to bring a huge chunk of cheese and a new toy for him i will prob try getting over there at least once before we all meet up so bobby isn't too excited

I would assume they will get on like a house on fire and it will be great to let him run around with other dogs.

Yeah i was telling OH about it and saying it would be nice to get down once a week when we are off work as bobby has virtually no re-call we have never had him off lead since he snapped the metal link on his long line...... when he was tiny and i could catch him i used to let him off with another wee dog and he would come back when the other dog did.
