alot of dogs do this when they are lacking something in their diet what do you feed ?

We feed her twice a day on pedigree meat and also pedigree small bite mixer because thats all she can eat is that other foods go straight through her we have tried every thing but pro plan seemed to work but is is awfully expensive to buy every week, but if it works we will ahve to buy it. But with the pro plan she still kept eating plants

Being truthful the pedigree is just not enough for a big dog like her - she needs something with alot more goodness in it are you in a position to be able to feed the raw food or barf diet I am told this works out to be a cheap way of feeding and will give her all the necessary cos you feed veg as well worth pming ajshep1984 as he feeds this way. I feed a premium dog food as we have so many mouths to feed the barf would be too awkward to keep in bulk!

Nearly every dog eats grass sometimes, and some dogs eat it all the time. You would think that veterinarians would have a pretty good idea by now of why they do it.

Yeah thats true but i was a bit scared because she eats coniffer trees and then she throws up afterwards and then carries on eating them we gave her chew toys to destract her because she is still teething.
