You'd think vets would know alot of things but they don't.

Milo used to eat alot of grass and sticky jacks when he was on dry food, now he's fed raw he glades the grass but doesn't eat it and doesn't go near sticky jacks. It's natural for a dog to scavenge for natural nutrients whatever they are fed but if they are eating a lot of grass and other greens there is something seriously wrong. Pedigree and Bakers are the two worst foods in my opinion, dogs look so unhealthy on them and they are constantly searching for a source of real nutrition.

Re: Please help!!!

My lot like carrots, theres no harm in feeding (or allowing them to eat) fruit and veg, just do a bit of research as some can be toxic in large amounts, seeds and stalks of certain fruits can also be toxic. Problem with most veg is dogs can't digest them properly so it's best to blend/puree them so they can make the most of the nutrients.
