Dominance is often time the excuse lazy people give, the reality is they haven't trained their dogs. If I hand you a Hamiltonian equation and you have no idea what it means or what to do with it, are you being dominant? If I give you instructions in Etruscan and you don't comply, are you being dominant?

Of course not! First I have to teach you what these things mean and then I have to motivate you to do them. Often times: dominance = I'm a lazy trainer
