Toilet training

I have 2 7 month old yorkshire terriers (sisters) who still wee and poo indoors, through the summer they were doing most of it outdoors when the doors were open. I have puppy pads down sometimes they use them sometimes the just do it where ever.
I always put them out first thing for 10-15 mins then at intervals through the day when am home. they are crated at night and when we are out. but am at a loss at what to do next.If we find the puddles etc we don't know which one has done it so I show them both the mess then put hem both outside. Any tips anyone ........plz

Re: Toilet training

Do not punish your dog for toileting in the house. This will make them more anxious.

How often do they go outside?

I would remove the puppy pads completely and take them both out to toilet every half an hour, and praise once they do it outside, and completely ignore them if they do it inside (unless you catch them in the act, do a quick "ah-ah" sound and put outside and praise when they toilet outside).
