Oh my goodness - what have I started! I'm being inundated with requests for help and I'm trying to work out the best way of keeping track of everyone.

I've decided the best way is for everyone to send me direct emails (vivking@gmx.co.uk). If you use the threads I get the whole thread in my inbox and my system keeps crashing.
