the trainning line is good beacause you don't really use it as a lead, although it keeps you dog safe, you still need to pretend its not there and keep doing re call like you would without it.

Re: Mischieful bull terrier

sounds like a real handfull, shouldnt laugh but i can picture her running a mock I dont have any advice sorry. We have a bully cross staff and hes a nutter, reduces me to tears some days trying to walk him.I hope you can find a way to calm her and enjoy your walks more.Good luckbe carefull with retractable leads we tried one and gave a young woman big nasty burns around her legs when dog took off.She then threatned to report me for having dangerous dog.

Re: Mischieful bull terrier

She looks beautiful – but even the friendliest of dogs can cause injury unintentionally.

I really think you should keep on lead until you have corrected this misbehaviour. You and i know she is friendly but the poor OAP she is hurtling towards will not. Don’t want to cause them a heart attack – also one only has to feel all that muscle beneath their coat to realise that if she sends a frail person flying a broken limb or worse could easily occur.

Wish you all the best because they really are a lovely breed and often misunderstood.
