If the design of the halti had an extra strap going over his head to his neck then he couldn't get it off. But it doesn't. It's also a challange getting his lead on too!

One stubborn and very clever dog!
Have you considered changing his name to Houdini

LOL!!

Good one.

He is so intelligent. I am used to having an intelligent Border Collie as our last boy Jasper was one. But Charlie is something else! We have a large Pen for him in the dining room which he sleeps in at night. The other day he was chasing a fly around the house and generally getting peed off with it escaping from him. At one point he lost sight of it, so I dumbly said to him "has it gone in your Pen?". As soon as I said that he looked at me then walked into his Pen to have a look, then quickly backed out as he is not a fan of his Pen. lol. I couldn't believe it! I expect him to recognise odd commands but not a full sentence. Amazing dog. Just wish I could sort his issues out. No doubt we will in the end.

Here's a few pics from when me and my Aunt took him for a walk in the Park...
