Smile Crating Advice

Hi.

We are soon to be moving to our new house. As most of you know I have had loads of problems with my rescue's. Moving to a new house and area gives me a chance to "start again" and to instill rules from day 1. Hopefully helping to eliminate the territorial behaviour which I have currently.

I am wondering what people's opinions are on me crate training my 3 dogs? One of the reasons I have considered it is because Max can get aggressive with people in the house, and hopefully by him having his crate, he will have his own place of safety, plus I can close the door if I need to when people come over.

I know that quite a few of you use crates, can you give me some advice on whether it is worth me considering it and also how big should the crates be? (all 3 dogs are collie size)

Thanks guys x
