Re: Sleep? What's that?? :-/

Our puppy was the same when we first got him and then I watched 'Supernanny' what works with babies works with pups too. When he cries - go in settle him back down and say bedtime (or whatever works for you) then leave the room. When he starts crying again leave it 5 minutes then go in and do the same again. Next time leave it 10 minutes and so on. It means that you have some pretty disturbed nights, but it soon settled down with my pup. And I have just done the same with the year old pup that we got. They soon realise that you'r only next door and what bedtime means.

Thanks Jo. Really appreciate that.
Here's a few more pics...

He actually watches the telly now and then.

Charlie likes his squeaky dummy.

Phwoar, look at my big paws Dad!

Just sharpening my teeth Dad!

My Dad's leg is nice and warm when I need a nap. I'll bite it later!

Trouble? Me? I'm so cute, I'm a good boy.

Scoobysti:
Things are changing from tonight. Right now, he's gone to bed with all his usual stuff, plus one of my worn t-shirts and a little radio on quietly. Not Radio 1, I don't want to torture him or send him even loopier! lol.

I will keep everyone posted of how things go.
Thank you all.

We will definitely be trying out all of your suggestions tonight.
Fingers crossed!

Got a little radio ready and one of my t-shirts. ( I wonder if that will be in one piece in the morning? lol )

By the way, I love all your doggie pics too. Been having a nosey. Don't we all have some beautiful doggies? Mese, I've looked at your Gypsy on your blog, isn't she lovely.

Charlie's had his first look at 'rain' tonight. I opened the back door to our garden for him to have a wee, and he just sat at the door staring out at the awful weather. lol. Bless him ay?
