So much so if i say "watch me" she come to my left hand side looking for a treat (hotdogs) I did it for the first time off the lead this afternoon in a low trigger setting and she did it ok

If I think she is likely to react she goes on the lead. That has taken the stress of both of us and we can enjoy the walk

I did try the LAT game, but she didn't respond as well. I'm not sure how the "watch me" game deals with the underlaying issue (her barking at people) but it does take the focus off them, and maybe that's what it's meant to do.
Sounds like you're making good progress - Clover is a clever girl!

She learns very quickly, which is good and bad. Picks up good things quick, but equally picks up bad things as quick

Re: Feeling desperate now

I do the 'look at me' game too to get the attention...even though it is for a slightly different reason than yours and it does work well.

The other I use is 'which hand?' and I hold my arms out with clenched fists and he has to guess which hand the treat's in. If he gets it wrong, he automatically goes to the other hand - and then gets the treat anyway. Either way it works and get's them to focus their attention on you I usually get a waggy tail with mine as soon as I say it and he's like ooh yeh straight away
