Hi All, We have a border collie puppy, nearly 15 weeks old.* We live in a flat with a shared garden so she has only been allowed outside for the last 2 weeks.* Problem is that she WILL NOT go to the toilet outside.* She must have gotten into the habit that toilet is in the flat - and it's a habit we're struggling to break.* We take her outside at all the reccommended times - after food, waking up, play, before bed, when she's smiffing around etc but she waits at the door to get back inside - then pees &/or poops straight away.* She must be desperate but refuses to go outside.* We have taken her for 1-2 hour walks and waited as long as we can with her but still no luck.* Any suggestions?* We're at our wits end!!*

I'm sure someone more experienced can offer some good advice but my advice is to keep persevering, she is still very young. I know it's frustrating but she will learn.
