Talking Wesley pup, 4 and a half month update =)

Poor Wesley pup was left home alone for two weeks when we went on holiday! My good friend Chantal house sit for us and looked after him for this time and the poor girl was tearing her hair out, had a terrible 2 weeks with him, I felt soo very bad for her and guilty. However since we got back on Sunday he's like a brand new pup! The bitey nippy behaviour is minimal now, he's not messing the house nearly as much as before, he's responding to re-call, I had him off leash in the garden at work and despite losing him in a very good smelling bush for a few minutes he came back no problem, he's been a dream, and Im so relieved. And even though my OH isn't 100% happy with the 'life wrecking' puppy I can tell by the way he is with Wesley that he loves him and its really cute and a relief for me...

however...

He's started humping =O I dreaded this, hasnt done it to me or my OH yet, but one of my patients arms got violated, he digs his claws in and really goes for it I felt awful.

Will this stop once we get him neutered in November?
Also the excitable pee'ing is still a problem, when ever someone says Hi he runs up all excited and has a mini pee, its embarassing, and despite my best efforts to calm him before any interaction it is difficult as he's so young, will this stop in time? I really hope so.

Thanks All =)
