Dog Carrier for crate training/comfortable den...size
After reading up on the internet and watching a few youtube clips I have decided on getting a dog carrier (airline carrier) to crate train/ have as little den for my expectant puppy (not a metal cage).
Problem is, I'm not sure on what size to get. I understand that they should not to small, as the pup/dog needs to be able to stand, turn and lay down but ont he other hand they should not be too big.
The puppy is a shih tzu poodle cross, I'm getting her at about 8 weeks and she shouldnt grow any larger than 11"
I was thinking a W37xD56xH30cm (14.5x22x12”) would do. Anyone got any advice. I want to get the carrier before we get the pup as i will need to take her home in it.
Thanks for looking
