Re: Best trick?

My best one is now out of date, I used to get her to do it after explaining to people how politically astute she is. I got Ziggy to sit, and said to her 'think carefully now - who's the most dangerous man in the world, if it's George Bush, raise your paw'. She'd stand up on her back legs and wave both front paws like mad! Next best, I make a circle of my arms and she jumps through.

Kite jumps into my arms, and does 'hup paws up', where she jumps onto a chair and puts her front paws on the chair back, standing on the seat. She spins left and right on command too, rolls over, begs.

Re: Best trick?

Nelson's cutest trick was speak as he hit all sorts of highs and lows and made the cutest sounds...and if you asked him to speak too many times you could hear the frustration in his voice at the end.

I'm not sure what Bella's cutest trick is. She does a pretty cute roll over...

Re: Best trick?

Oscar pulls off a cute high-five :P

A friend's dog will give you the sweetest kiss on the cheek though, that's my favourite trick so far

Re: Best trick?

Joop does a few which tbh some came about when he was a very small pup such as dig i taught him the command dig whilst gardening as he was copying my older dog who turned my garden into a mini bmx track. it worked and stopped him helping himself to my lawn.
he also does speak, 5 and 10 l & r paw leg weave,he sings, plays dead, walk backwards does cuddle and kiss and hold any item and of course out he also shakes on command when wet really handy one that i get him to do it after a walk in the rain or bath in an area easily cleaned.

Re: Best trick?

My dog doesn't know that many tricks, but she know's one that is pretty impressive to many people- she can "save" edible things. In this picture I have given her an entire taco shell and told her to "save it", so she just holds it in her mouth, waiting for the OK-command.
