Hi hope you can help I have an almost 4 yr old hound X rescued from Spain 2 yrs ago, she has a major problem with over grooming chewing and scratching, and constantly licking. She has other issues, buses bikes dogs strange men (don't we all) and loud bangs. This said she has come on amazinglying and has successfully picked up training and has gone from ebing a tazmanian devil to a controllable loveable pet. Its the chewing and scratching that i can't cure, she has had skin scrapes fur tests, food tests etc etc all negative, even steriods are starting to loose their effectiveness and obviously i dont want her on them forever. Someone has recommended Zyklene as a daily remedy, anyone know if it works??? Her background is she was born on the streets of a spanish town and picked up at around 6 mtnhs and spend 16 months in a dogs home in Spain before coming to live with us. She has had her anal glands removed a year ago due to hideous problems but continues to eat herself!!
Any advice on Zyklene??
